Pop Art Portrait:
About the project:
The objective of this project was to create a portrait using pop art style for painting a famous person or someone you would like to draw. I choose to paint Enrique Ponce, a famous bullfighter. I choose him because he is a person who demonstrate a lot of courage and passion for what he does and I admire him a lot. For this project the materials that were used include a canvas and acrylic paints. For painting the project I had to first draw the face and then choose the color grade I wanted to use for my portrait. In my case I chose blue and i had to have 5 blue values. At the end, I am really proud with my result.
Reflection On This Project:
I really enjoy working on this portrait! it was really fun and i think i learn a new style that I didn´t knew how to use. I also love this project because I was able to choose someone that was special for me and also the color value I liked, making this project really personal. It was a project in which you could enjoy and appreciate painting but at the same time you could learn about pop art. Even though it was a really fun project, it was also kind of frustrating at the beginning because it was difficult to choose were to paint with each color according to the shadows. At the end, I am really satisfied with my painting and I know that all the time spent on the project and all those moments of frustrations are worth it for the result i got.

About the project:
The objective of this project was to draw someone´s face by using words that described that person or by writing a letter to the person you were drawing. You could choose a famous person, a family member, someone you admire, or just any person you wanted to draw. First you had to draw the person and then with a pen or marker start writing trying to use she smallest font possibly. For this project I chose to draw my grandma and i decided to write her a letter.
Reflection On This Project:
This project was really important and significant for me and I enjoy it a lot. I think that this project meant a lot for me because I choose my grandma, who died about 10 years ago, so writing a letter for her was really important. I love dedicating this project to my grandma but at the same time it was really sad because I remember a lot of things about her and i realize that I missed her a lot. I thought that using words for creating a portrait was really fun and interesting and make this project really unique. I really like making my font really small so it was hard to read and also it make the portrait look better.

About This Project:
The objective of this project was to make a collage in where you put pictures and things that represent you and that are important for you. On this project you could use any material you want. you also had to be creative and expressive.I really enjoy doing this project and expressing my self through art. i think that it is important to understand the meaning of everything on this project and that´s why I am going to explain everything. On the center of this collage I have a heart because my life turns around the love I have for my family and friends and also how important they are in my life. I put the picture of a baby on my collage because i love babies, and when I grow up I want to be a pediatrician and help a lot of babies and kids that would require my help. There is a picture of some horses because I love horses and they are my favorite animal. I really enjoy Christmas and that´s why I placed the picture of a snowman on my collage. Christmas is my favorite holiday and also it is really important for me and for my family. I put a picture of a girl doing gymnastics because it was a hobby that I used to do since I was in third grade and it is a sport that I enjoy a lot. I choose to put an image of a Galak because I love eating chocolate and not only this one but all kinds of chocolates. The picture of a bull represents how much I like bullfights. I have gone to bullfights since I was three years old and each time I love them more. Also I placed a five gum paper because I like eating gum and all kinds of candies. I really enjoy cooking and especially cookies that´s why I put a picture of a Ginger bread men cookie. The strawberry covered with chocolate is on my collage because it represent how much I like eating these and especially when my sister Isabella makes them. And last but not least the breasts represent how much I like making jewelry and helping my grandma. It is important to know that the background colors represent my favorite colors.
Reflection On This Project:
I really like making this project and was something I enjoy a lot. I think it was incredible to create a collage about me because with this I could express emotions and feelings. Also I enjoy this project because I thought it was a really good idea so people could get to know a part of me through a kind of art. It was really amazing having to pick special things that would represent me and at the same time put emphasis on my collage. It was a fun project that needed a lot of my imagination and creativity. I think that the most important part of the project was picking things that have a big impact in your life and also that could represent you in some way.
